Ric Noreen is the founder and Managing Partner of Waypoint Strategic Solutions , a boutique consultancy that helps clients worldwide design and implement retail-driven growth strategies. His 35 year business career spans brand management, sales strategy and, management consulting roles for global Fortune 100 companies across a wide range of industries including Consumer Packaged Goods, Consumer Durables, Apparel, Footwear, Telecom, Manufacturing, Commercial products, and Insurance in both North American and International markets.
Ric is a 20+ year veteran of Kraft Foods where he managed $500M+ categories, launched breakthrough new products, engineered large scale sales integrations , led Sales Planning, and was a core team member of both the General Foods, Nabisco and Cadbury acquisition and integration teams. He led Sale Strategy where he pioneered Long Range Joint Business Planning and Specialty Channels development. His Kraft experience is complemented by earlier tenures with Johnson & Johnson, AT&T and Volvo AG.
